Luminara Digital / Privacy
Privacy policy
Luminara Digital (ABN 90 693 125 281) handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This page says what this website collects, who else sees it, and how to reach us.
Last updated 20 October 2026.
Who we are
Luminara Digital, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Email info@luminara.digital.
Placeholder, confirm before launch: a postal address is not published in this repository. Until it is, write to the email above for access, correction and complaints.
What this covers
This policy covers the Listing Growth Desk website, including the demonstrations at /try/ and /check/, and messages you send to info@luminara.digital.
A client database is a different matter. We do not want contact lists by email. An export is arranged only after a written data-handling agreement, and only for the segments the agency approves. That agreement, not this page, sets the handling of those records.
What we collect
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write, so we can reply and keep ordinary business records.
The site does not run an enquiry form that stores what you type. The contact page offers a mailto link to info@luminara.digital. A booking link is not published yet.
Our servers keep short rate-limit records (a visitor address, or a prefix of an IPv6 address, and a count) and ordinary security logs. We use them to keep the site available. We do not use them to build a marketing list.
Try the desk
/try/ is a demonstration. Nothing is sent to a contact. The agency name, suburb and any reply you type are sent to Groq and, if Groq is unavailable, to NVIDIA, both in the United States, so they can produce the draft or the sorted category. Luminara does not store that text. Call records keep token counts and cost, not the words.
Those companies are overseas processors of what you type there (APP 8). We tell you on the page before you use it. Please do not enter a real person’s name, phone number, email or address. The page and the server also strip patterns that look like those details before a model sees the reply.
Placeholder, confirm before launch: how long Groq and NVIDIA keep that text is set by their own terms. Those periods are not recorded in this repository. Confirm them and write them here before the site goes live.
Count your sellers
/check/ reads a CRM export in your browser. The file is not uploaded. The page’s content security policy blocks network connections from that page (connect-src is none). Counts stay on your computer.
Turnstile and Cloudflare
/try/ can show a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge so a script cannot spend the demonstration. Cloudflare processes the challenge, which can include your IP address and browser signals, and may do that outside Australia. We receive a pass or fail, not a copy of the challenge. If the secret is not configured, the live demonstration stays on its prepared examples.
The site may be served from behind Cloudflare. Cloudflare then sees connection data as the network provider. That is separate from the text you type into /try/.
Analytics
This Listing Growth Desk site does not load a third-party analytics product, and it does not set analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will name the product before it is turned on.
Outreach and the Spam Act
Commercial messages we send for the desk are covered by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). A message identifies Luminara Digital and includes a way to stop (for SMS, the line “Reply STOP to opt out”).
A reply that asks us to stop is opted out by a fixed word check, not by a model’s judgement. Words such as stop, unsubscribe, opt out, remove me and “don’t contact” force that result. We aim to action it the same day, and in any case within the five business days the Spam Act allows. An opted-out contact is not put back into a loop.
We keep the opt-out record so we do not contact that person again. That is the reason it is kept.
How long we keep it
- Text typed into /try/: not stored by Luminara. Provider retention is the placeholder above.
- Files opened in /check/: not sent to us, so we have nothing to keep.
- Email you send us: for as long as we need it to answer, and for ordinary business records.
- Opt-out records: while we might otherwise contact that person, so the stop continues to work.
- Rate-limit counts: the short window they belong to (about a minute, and a day), then they expire.
Access, correction, complaints
You can ask for access to personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong (APP 12 and APP 13). Email info@luminara.digital. We will answer within a reasonable period. If we refuse, we will say why, unless a law says we cannot.
If you are not satisfied, write to us first. You can then complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): www.oaic.gov.au, GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 2001.
If a breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will handle it under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
