The pages describe a supervised follow-up desk for independent Melbourne real estate agencies. People approve messages. A nominated agent approves an appraisal booking. The site is information and a demonstration, not an offer that becomes a contract when you browse it.

You may read the pages and use the public tools for your own agency. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or use it to send messages to anyone.

Listing Growth Desk is a paid service: follow-up of contact segments the agency approves, drafting under written rules, and booking only after the agent approves. Desk + Recovery is described on the site. Hold-or-Sell is named as a planned program, not a service you can buy from this page.

We guarantee a process and activity standard – not listings, sales or commission.

Final scope, pilot terms, attribution, postcode exclusivity and tax treatment are confirmed in your written proposal.

We do not guarantee listings, sales, commission, a price, or a market result. Figures on the calculators use the fees below and the numbers you type. They are illustrations, not a forecast.

The founding offer published on the pricing page is:

• Setup, once: $1,000
• Monthly retainer: $1,500, locked for 12 months for the Founding 5
• Attended appraisal: $250 each, with the first 2 waived
• Signed listing attributable to the desk within 120 days: $1,000

Tax treatment is confirmed in the written proposal, not on this page. A proposal can change scope, attribution and postcode exclusivity. Until you sign one, these figures are what the site publishes, not an invoice.

/try/ drafts a message and sorts a reply you type. Nothing is sent to a contact. The text goes to Groq and, if needed, NVIDIA, in the United States. Luminara does not store it. If those services are unavailable, the page shows a prepared example.

/check/ counts rows in a file on your computer. The file is not uploaded. Do not treat either tool as advice about a real person, a price, or whether your database is lawful to use.

Do not paste real names, phone numbers, email addresses or street addresses into /try/. The privacy policy at /privacy/ explains what leaves the browser.

Model output can be wrong, incomplete, or off the rules. The page runs checks and can refuse a draft. That is not a promise that every draft is accurate, lawful for your agency, or ready to send. A person still has to approve anything that would go to a contact. You are responsible for what you send.

We can change, limit or turn off the demonstrations without notice, including when a provider is down.

You must not use the site to break the law, to attack the service, or to test the models with someone else’s personal information.

Do not email us a contact database. We will not treat an unsolicited list as instructions to start messaging.

If we later send commercial messages for an agency, the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) applies: we identify the sender and we honour a stop request. On the desk, a fixed word check (stop, unsubscribe, opt out, and the same family of phrases) marks the contact opted out. A model cannot override that.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of that state have jurisdiction. The Australian Consumer Law applies where it cannot be excluded. Nothing here tries to exclude a guarantee or right that the law says we cannot exclude.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on a demonstration, a calculator, or model output. Our liability for the paid desk is set in the written proposal.
